All reschedules/cancellations are to be done 24hrs through the appointment reminder email/text before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled past the 24hr mark will be automatically charged the 50% cancellation fee.

Late Policy:

Please plan to arrive 5min prior to your appointment to avoid being late. There is a 10 min grace period. If have not arrived within those 10 min, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged automatically.

ALL services, Cancellations & No-Show Fees are Non-Refundable

No Call/ No Shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

You will not be able to book any future appointments until fee is paid.
